Oversea Award for HiBy R6 – Top Annual Player For 2017

Players bloomed in 2017. Brands tried a variety of means to win as much as possible for their share of the market. HiBy R6 stood out with the top scores for its excellent overall quality, which was awarded by the famous professional review website Headfonics. HiBy R6 gained Top Monthly Player with a comprehensive score of 9.2 (Total score 10), and became the most heated player since December, which continued to date.

Headfonics is a professional oversea review website. Since 2011, it has provided professional and detailed review to the point about headphones, portable players and HI-FI, etc., and professional advice to audiophile. Obviously, Headfonics gets recognition from people in the industry.

Marcus, the founder&owner of Headfonics, who first started reviewing in the late 80s, is considered a pioneer in this industry. He gave R6 a full-scale review from its form factor, material, workmanship, hardware, software, battery and sound performance, etc. R6’s score on ANTUTU and the number of our staff were also given in this review. The review provided detailed comments to the point with important reference.

From the official sale last October, R6 has attracted a lot of attention, and won the recognition and popularity of audiophile. Though we were still young in player industry, we spent more than 10 months to polish R6, with its use of a Qualcomm Snapdragon as its processor and the stainless steel version. The R6 uses Android 6.1 which, alongside the DX200, makes it one of the most advanced in terms of software platforms for DAPs. All our efforts are deserving for the public praise!

Apart from Headfonics, other oversea HI-FI websites also speak highly of R6! From June of last year, when R6 showed on Shenzhen exhibition for the first time, audiophile started enthusiastic discussion on Head-Fi. They were curious about the lossless android audio player entering the dragon from China. Now the posts accumulate to over 60 pages. It is believed that the posts will increase more fiercely after R3 comes out.

Videos about R6 unboxing and review appeared on YouTube. The powerful software, the outstanding appearance and the excellent performance of R6 shocked oversea audiophile, who said that R6 would be included in their purchasing list. Oversea distribution channels are now being prepared. It is expected that oversea clients can officially purchase our product in March!
